The bathroom features a double sink and bathtub; the toilet is separate. The fully equipped kitchen includes induction hobs, fridge with water dispenser, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and juicer. Air conditioning is in the living room, fans are available in the bedrooms, and Wi-Fi and TVs are throughout the apartment. The bedrooms and dining area offer stunning views of the Eure Valley, while the living room overlooks the Racine pavilion. The entrance, bathroom, and kitchen have views over Uzès’ rooftops. A shared underground parking space is available opposite the building (limited access for large SUVs). Up to one pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. An electric vehicle charging station is available in front of the building’s entrance for shared use. The apartment is in a historic 1750 building within Uzès’ protected center, just a 3-minute walk from the famous Place aux Herbes.
